Wings On My Feet

I may not be the messenger god, Hermes but I sure did feel like I had wings on my feet yesterday! I wore this to pull outs and shopping for Singapore then to my dad's office's Christmas party. I did ofcourse wear flats to roam around MoA but I sure did get some stares from my dad's staff when I walked in the venue! haha I've learned to get used to stares like that and just keep in mind that maybe there is something eye catching with my outfit and I'm guessing that with this, its the shoes! haha I wanted to be in the Christmas theme but ofcourse, I didn't want to look like a walking tree just yet so I thew in the shoes :)

I'm sorry if I haven't been writing sensible blog posts recently. I'm just trying to squeeze everything in before I leave for Singapore this weekend since right when I land from Singapore, I have to go straight to school to take an exam :( I think I'll even be studying on the plane! Thank God its for one of my favorite subjects that I just need to brush up on the topics and memorize some terms :)

I'm starting to love Casio watches! I used to be so against them but now I think I understand what everyone's been fussing about! :)

Joco, oh Joco

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this on my bed when I got home from school! I'm not one to wear edgy shoes but if it looks this good, who can say no to it??? Joco Comendador is slowly changing my perception on pairs like these. Your thoughts?

The King & I

I've always wanted to see a play that's so much better than the ones I saw back in highschool. I have the worst perception of plays because of the likes of Florente at Laura, Noli mi Tangere, etc so I wanted to change that. I wanted to see Phantom of the Opera or the Sound of Music but the timing was just never right. On the day that the play was on, I was doing something and then the weekends were always fully booked! Good thing though that one of best friends, Ina offered me a ticket for the King and I :) I had the greatest time and I wish there were more of these to come! It made me regret not seeing the two plays I missed :( But then again, there's always a next time. 

So let me share with you pictures from the play. I'm not really sure if I was allowed to take photos so I made sure I was discreet and took them with my iphone haha! 

My favorite part would be the "Shall We Dance" scene. I've always loved the song! 

This play made me proud to be Filipino. I can't believe we have so many talented singers here!! Plus kids too! :) The backdrop was high-tech and the stage set amazing was amazing! Kudos to them :) Have you seen it?

Hollywood

I've been saving these pair of shorts for the longest time, too long that I've lost weight and it doesn't fit me well anymore. Thank God for belts though! It's funny how I just realized that this is only one of the few times I've a belt for its purpose. The rest are just for accessorizing. Anyway, I wore this to two meetings and to the mall with my family :)

Don't you love places here in Manila that make it seem like you aren't? My sister and I were pretending we were in Los Angeles the whole time we were taking pictures! haha I think Rockwell will be my new outfit photo place :P

It's The First of December Twenty Twelve!

Can you believe that its just officially 24 days till Christmas?? Time flies so fast, I barely even felt 2012! To celebrate the first of december and the holiday, my family and I went down south in Nuvali to feel the december breeze. We stuffed ourselves and went window shopping at the outlet stores found there. They have such good finds! My favorite outlet stores were Bench and Aldo (Buy 1, take 1, mind you!) :) 

I wanted to dress the part, ofcourse and wore something for the cold. The weather was just perfect there. The right amount of coldness and breeze, too right that I survived with just a cardigan on :) On the way to Nuvali, we passed by this 12 Days of Christmas exhibit and spent about an hour there feeling like kids again and pretending we're like in Disneyland taking pictures :P haha!
